Eric Díaz is a Founder of LareDiaz. Since graduating from NYU School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program 25 years ago, Diaz has been empowering clients to accomplish their business goals. He has worked with some of the largest firms in the country on super sophisticated contracts and deals, with small businesses on simple matters, and everything in between. Díaz uses what he learned at big law and big business then for the benefit of his clients now. Capitalizing on his in-house counsel experience with a lender and loan servicer, and at a private equity shop, Diaz and his team regularly serve as Outside General Counsel for businesses that want on demand legal service without the overhead cost.
